A Family Knight-Mare
Mar Olid
After her box office hit From Good to the Hood, Mar Olid —known for her sharp humor in TV series like Aída and Los Serrano— returns with a medieval comedy infused with fantasy, taking us on a time-traveling journey into a past full of surprises. A family-friendly adventure that, through humor, tackles one of today’s biggest social questions: are we more immersed in virtual life than in real life? The cast is led by Alexandra Jiménez, Ernesto Sevilla, Luna Fulgencio, and siblings Aimar and Amaia Miranda, alongside a lineup of top comedy talent.
Synopsis
Rita is the youngest in the family, and she’s tired of being ignored while her parents and siblings are glued to their phones. During a trip to her grandmother’s village to celebrate her birthday, she meets a fortune teller who grants her a wish. Rita doesn’t hesitate: she wants all the phones to disappear. As they leave the village, a thick fog surrounds their car—and suddenly, they lose all signal. Rita’s wish has come true… but not quite the way she expected. They’ve just traveled back in time and landed in the heart of the Middle Ages.
