Susi, Carmen and Encarna, friends since school, meet in a hotel on the outskirts of the city. A year has passed since the death of Bárbara, a woman thirty years younger than them, whom they all loved and loved in different ways.

Barbara's last request brings to the table their different visions of each other and of themselves. The map of their contradictions is drawn around their relationship with work, motherhood and feminism, while the destiny of their friendship is traced.
