The third feature film by Leyla Bouzid, who gained international recognition after her participation at the Venice Film Festival with As I Open My Eyes — winner of the BNL People’s Choice Award and the Europa Cinemas Label Award — and at the 2021 Cannes Critics’ Week with A Tale of Love and Desire. Presented in the Official Selection of the Cannes Film Festival, this new work sees Leyla Bouzid directing young actresses Eya Bouteraa and Marion Barbeau, alongside the renowned actress Hiam Abbass (Succession, Blade Runner 2049, Insidious: The Red Door).
